Access centre to apply for LEAP (Low Income Energy Assistance Program) one-time emergency financial assistance for Entegrus and Erth Power customers
Program runs throughout the year until funding has been depleted * maximum grant is $500 per household per year * grant is credited directly toward electricity company.
Assistance with applying to OESP (Ontario Electricity Support Program) is also offered at this location.
LEAP throught The Salvation Army St. Thomas, only serves Entegrus and Erth Power customers at this time. Customers of Hydro One, EPCOR, Metergy and Enbridge need to contact 1-855-487-5327 (United Way, Simcoe)

May be available to low-income customers of electricity distributors (and unit sub-metering providers) experiencing difficulty paying current arrears * decision will be based on several factors including long-term viability of the account * a disconnection notice is not required to be eligible * only available for customers of Epcor and Erth Power
