Service Description: Provides two fostering programs

Foster to Permanency: Placement of children 12 years of age and younger into foster-to-permanency homes

Foster Care: Short-term or long-term fostering for children typically over the age of 12

Fees: Free
Application: Call or email to begin screening process
Eligibility / Target Population: Any adult wishing to foster or adopt may apply * no discrimination on basis of age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, ethnic origin, religion or disability
Languages: English * Spanish * Low German
Language Notes: Interpretation for other languages available upon request
