Service Description: Free, routine dental services for low-income seniors
  • check-ups (scaling, fluoride, polishing)
  • repair of broken teeth and cavities
  • x-rays
  • removal of teeth or abnormal tissue (oral surgery)
  • anesthesia
  • treatment of infection and pain
  • treatment of gum conditions and diseases
  • partially covered prosthodontic (denture) services

Application: Drop in or visit website for application material * submit application by mail * annual renewal of coverage required
Eligibility / Target Population: Ontario residents 65 years and older * must meet the following income requirements: annual net income of $22,200 or less for a single senior, or combined annual net income of $37,100 or less for a couple * must not have other form of dental benefits, including private insurance or other government dental coverage
