  • grounds maintenance
  • housekeeping
  • meal preparation
  • personal care
  • professional health and support services
  • transportation
  • long-term car
  • home adaptations

Eligibility / Target Population: Veterans who have qualified for a disability benefit, War Veterans Allowance, or Prisoner of War Compensation, or are eligible for but cannot access a Priority Access Bed at a long-term care home
